Step-by-step guide to recovering your password:

1. Go to Login Page — Click the "Forgot Password?" button below the login form.
2. Enter your registered details — enter your registered mobile number (in 01XXXXXXXXX format) or your email address.
3. Receive OTP — a 6-digit code will be sent to your phone number or email. Enter the code 5 Minutes remains valid until.
4. Enter OTP — Enter the code you received in the designated field.
5. Set a new password — choose a password of at least 8 characters that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

If you didn't receive the OTP — check your spam folder (for email), make sure your network connection is stable, wait 2 minutes, then try again. If the problem persists, support@jetbajj.bestEmail — you'll typically receive a resolution within 2 to 4 hours.

JetbajjCricket betting is the most popular choice among Jetbajj members in Bangladesh. You can place bets on all three formats — Test, ODI, and T20.

Main Markets:

• Match Winner: Pick which team will win. The simplest and most popular market.
• Toss Winner: Which team will win the toss — a straightforward market, with odds that typically range from 1.8 to 2.0.
• First Innings Total Runs (Over/Under): Choose whether the total runs in the first innings will be over or under a specified number.
• Top Run Scorer: Which batter will score the most runs in the match.
• Top wicket-taker: Which bowler will take the most wickets.
• Live Betting: You can continue placing bets after every over, ball, or wicket while the match is in progress.

How to Place a Bet: Log in → "Sports Betting" → "Cricket" → select your match → choose a market → enter your stake → click "Confirm Bet". Minimum bet is ৳50.

JetbajjThere are two ways to close or suspend your account — temporary (Cooling-Off) and permanent (Self-Exclusion).

Temporary Suspension (Cooling-Off Period):

Log In → Profile → "Account Settings" → "Responsible Gaming" → "Cooling-Off" → select a duration (7 days / 30 days / 6 months) → confirm. During this period, you will not be able to log in or place bets. This cannot be reversed until the period ends — this is intentional.

Permanent Closure (Self-Exclusion):

If you want to step away from betting entirely, you can apply for Self-Exclusion. There are two ways to apply:
