• Funds deposited into your account may only be used for placing bets.
• Third-party payments — such as using someone else's mobile number or card — are strictly prohibited for deposits.
• Jetbajj reserves the right to verify the source of deposits. Suspicious transactions may be cancelled.

If a deposit fails due to a technical issue and your funds have been deducted, please send a screenshot of the payment to our support team. The issue will be resolved within 24 hours after verification.

Winnings & Balance JetbajjWithdrawals are subject to Jetbajj's withdrawal policy. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300.
• Most withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 hours. If verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit (e.g., if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw to bKash).
• Suspicious or unusual withdrawal requests may be held for additional verification.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised with support within 72 hours of the result being announced. Disputes submitted after this period will not be accepted.

JetbajjEvery bonus offer on Jetbajj comes with its own specific terms. Please read and understand them carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: up to 100% of your first deposit. A 5x wagering requirement on the bonus applies before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• You cannot hold multiple active bonuses at the same time. Please complete any existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• If bonus abuse is detected — including arbing, bet-stacking, or claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts — the bonus may be forfeited and your account may be suspended.
• Bonuses can only be used on designated events or bets with a minimum specified odds (typically 1.5 or higher).

Jetbajj Bonus offers may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time. Members will be notified of any changes by email or via an on-site notification.

The following activities Jetbajjare strictly prohibited on Jetbajj. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or result manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another member's account or selling your account.

Jetbajj We believe betting is entertainment, not addiction — which is why responsible gaming is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.

• Each member can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• If you need a break from betting, you can set a cooling-off period of 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.
• To permanently stop betting, submit a self-exclusion request. Once applied, the account cannot be reactivated.
